Hearts of Oak’s former fitness coach, W.O Paul Tandoh is backing Yaw Preko to be named the substantive coach of the club and go on to help them win the Ghana Premier League next season.
“If Yaw is given the Hearts of Oak job, I believe he’ll win the league, but only if the club’s management or board will desist from interfering in his work,” says W.O Tandoh on Happy FM Wamputu Sports.
“He’s a brilliant coach and someone who knows the club inside out, but like I said, they need to leave him to do his own thing because I’ve been there before and I know what I’m talking about.”
Yaw Preko replaced Portuguese Sergio Traquil and led the club to a third place finish in the Ghana Premier League last season.
