JOHANNESBURG - The widow of slain Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa was spotted leaving the Vosloorus Police station earlier on Tuesday.
It’s the first time Mandisa Meyiwa has been spotted since her husband’s murder on Sunday.
It’s unclear why she was at the police station.
Earlier in the day police had released identikits of the suspects.
Soon after, metro police stationed outside the home of afro-pop sensation Kelly Khumalo -- where Meyiwa was shot -- received a tip off.
A man bearing striking resembling to one of the suspects was picked up and taken to the police station, but he was free to go shortly thereafter.
Police say a witness from the murder scene confirmed the man hadn’t been part of the trio responsible for Meyiwa’s killing.
No arrests have yet been made.
