Singer and actress, Diamond who made her official announcement to run on the ticket of United Progressive Party (UPP) in the Trobu Constituency
, Accra has released new promo photos after she made her political ambition public.
The aspiring UPP MP in the new shots is pictured in African prints projecting the beautiful fabrics produced locally. According to her, she will fight for women if she wins the Trobu Constituency seat during this year’s general election.
Diamond is popular for her hit song “Taste My Apple”. She has also featured in Ghanaian and Nigerian movies. The 2016 parliamentary aspirant is a philanthropist, CEO of Diamond Cosmetics and Diamond Foundation.
