Ghana Appoints New Judicial Secretary

New Appointments to the Judicial Service
Mrs. Juliana Amonoo-Neizer was appointed the substantive First Deputy Judicial Secretary with effect from 2nd January, 2014, taking over from His Lordship Justice John Bosco Nabarese. She attended Holy Child School, Cape Coast and Achimota School. She was admitted to the University of Ghana, where she read Spanish, Linguistics and Law, graduating in 1990. In the same year, she was admitted to the Ghana School of Law and graduated in 1992.  Thus, she was called to the Bar in 1992.

Mrs. Neizer has a Diploma in International Law and Organisation for Development from the Institute of Social Studies in the Hague, the Netherlands. She also obtained an EMBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School in 2011. As a lawyer with over twenty (20) years experience, Mrs. Neizer hopes to contribute her quota in making the administration of justice efficient, effective, and accessible in a timely manner, especially to the vulnerable in society, as well as to support the Honourable Lady Chief Justice in her quest to build a strong Judiciary which will stand the test of time.
She is married to a Chemical Engineer and has three (3) children.
