Italy coach Antonio Conte will put an end to months of speculation by signing a deal with Chelsea to become the London club's new manager.
Goal understands that the former Juventus boss is currently in London, and will put pen to paper on a contract on Monday to take over at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have long been linked to the Italian, who won three consecutive Serie A titles with the Old Lady before leaving in 2014 for the national team job.
Conte will replace interim manager Guus Hiddink, who will step down at the end of the season after replacing the sacked Jose Mourinho following a poor start to the 2015/16 campaign.
But the Azzurri coach must first focus on Euro 2016, where the finalists four years ago will hope to challenge for honours in France.
