Suspended National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Paul Afoko, says unless there is a significant change in how the party is being managed, he will not support it financially or materially.
In a lengthy interview with the Africa Watch magazine, Mr. Afoko revealed that the woes he is facing in the party is because of his decision to correct some wrongs to rescue the party’s finances from the hands of what he called unelected people surrounding Nana Akufo Addo.
He says his action was resented by the affected people leading to the poisonous situation in the party.
