Shocking News...Hillary Clinton Barks Like A Dog

The U.S President candidates has started chasing the opposition parties with  messages that look like a dog hunting for a rat in the bush.
Not really. But Clinton told a colorful story on Monday in Reno that ended with the former secretary of state barking like a dog.
Clinton was in the middle of a riff about how, in her view, Republicans say things that are not true, when she remembered a radio ad that she said ran in rural Arkansas while her husband, Bill Clinton, was running for office.
"(Republicans) actually, with a straight face, say that the great recession was caused by too much regulation on Wall Street. They actually say that," Clinton said.
"One of my favorite political ads of all time was a radio ad in rural Arkansas where the announcer said, 'Wouldn't it be great if somebody running for office said something, we could have an immediate reaction to whether it was true or not. Well, we have trained this dog. Well, the dog, if it is not true, he is going to bark,'" Clinton said. "And the dog was barking on the radio and so people were barking at each other for days after that."
Clinton tips her hand on Supreme Court nominations
"I want to figure out how we can do that with Republicans. We need to get that dog and follow them around and every time they say these things like, 'Oh, the Great Recession was caused by too much regulation,' arh, arh, arh, arh," Clinton said, letting out a barking noise that caused the audience to laugh and some people to mimic her.
"I think," Clinton concluded, "we could cut right through a lot of their claims."

Breaking News: Former UN Secretary Passed Away

Former U.N. Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali, whose term was marked by war in the former Yugoslavia and famine and genocide in Africa, has died, the president of the Security Council said on Tuesday. He was 93.

The 15-member Security Council observed a minute's silence after the death was announced by Venezuelan U.N. Ambassador Rafael Dario Ramirez Carreno, head of the Security Council for February. No details were given.

An Egyptian, Boutros-Ghali served as U.N. chief from 1992 to 1996.

As the United Nations' first secretary-general from Africa, Boutros-Ghali associated himself with the famine in Somalia and organised the first massive U.N. relief operation in the Horn of Africa nation.

But success eluded him there and elsewhere as the United Nations tottered in an increasingly disorderly post-communist world, with the world body and the big Security Council powers underestimating the deep animosity behind many conflicts.

He had a reputation for being prickly, and U.S. displeasure with him was the driving force in his departure.

Earlier, Boutros-Ghali had worked for Egyptian presidents Anwar Sadat and Hosni Mubarak. He accompanied Sadat on the historic 1977 visit to Jerusalem and played a prominent role in the subsequent Camp David accords on the Middle East.

He was criticized for the U.N.'s failure to act during the 1994 Rwandan Genocide and for not pushing hard enough for U.N. intervention to end Angola's civil war in the 1990s, which was at the time one of the longest running conflicts in the world.

Boutros-Ghali found himself jeered in Sarajevo, Mogadishu and Addis Ababa. His style was to wade into crowds and confront protesters when security guards permitted. "I am used to fundamentalists in Egypt arguing with me," he told Reuters.

He shocked many in Sarajevo when he said he was not trying to belittle the horrors in Bosnia but that there were other countries where the "total dead was greater than here."

He told Somali warlords and clan leaders to stop accusing the United Nations and him of colonialism, adding that Somalis should be worried that former colonial powers would ignore their plight if they continued to fight.

"The Cold War is finished," he said. "Nobody is interested in the poor countries in Africa or anywhere in the world. They can easily forget Somalia in 24 hours."

Breaking News:Liverpool Get New Defender

Liverpool have confirmed defender Joel Matip will join the club as a free agent in the summer following the expiration of his contract with Schalke.

The centre-back has agreed a four-year deal with the Reds and becomes the second permanent signing under Jurgen Klopp following the addition of Red Star Belgrade starlet Marko Grujic in January, who will also link up with the squad ahead of 2016-17.

What will Matip add during the manager's first full season in charge of Liverpool?

That the Bundesliga outfit exhausted themselves in trying to convince the 24-year-old to renew terms is a sizeable clue to how much he is valued at Schalke and how well respected he is in Germany.

Having come from a football family, scouts were already monitoring Matip from the age of six. He had youth spells at SC Weitmar 45 and local club Bochum before Schalke recruited him to their academy in 2000. He turned out for their second team in the fourth tier and made his professional debut at 18.

On his Bundesliga bow - against Louis van Gaal's Bayern Munich - Matip played as a midfield anchor, scored in a 1-1 draw and was named man of the match. The Bochum-born man's versatility would also see him operate as a full-back before he was positioned at the heart of defence in 2011-12.

Matip has been a regular for Schalke ever since and has amassed over 200 appearances in all competitions for the club. He has won two major honours, lifting the DFB-Pokal and DFL-Supercup in 2011, and could yet add the Europa League to that list this season.

After lengthy deliberation, Matip decided in 2010 to represent his father's country of birth Cameroon over Germany on the international scene. He wore their colours at that summer's World Cup in South Africa and netted against hosts Brazil at the showpiece four years later.

Composed and comfortable on the ball, Matip likes to lead on the front foot. He is familiar with playing in a high line and is a superb reader of the game.

He is strong at interceptions, in the tackle, take-ons, with aerial duels and is not just a solid defender of set-pieces, he is a major goal threat up the other end of the field with 16 of his 17 goals from Schalke coming from set plays.

Having featured in midfield, Matip possesses varied and accomplished distribution skills. At 6'4", he has managed to blend his physicality with poise. Prone to the odd mistake, the Cameroon international is still quite young for a centre-back and has further developing to do in his position.

While he has only missed one game through injury in this campaign, 2014-15 saw him miss 15 fixtures through an assortment of setbacks. With Martin Skrtel, Mamadou Sakho, Dejan Lovren and Kolo Toure all requiring treatment this term, Liverpool will hope last season remains the anomaly with regards to Matip's injury history.

Liverpool will know it is superb business to get Matip on a free as he could easily fetch a fee upwards of £15 million. During the off-season, Schalke general manager Horst Heldt admitted he was "one of the most underrated players in the game" but knew it would be near impossible to keep Matip in Gelsenkirchen and away from potential suitors.

Klopp was not going to pass up the chance to tie up a deal for a defender with European experience whom he knows well and highly admires - especially on a free!

Fulani Is Threat To Ghana Farmers

The Eastern regional Police Commander DCOP Awuntubuge Awuni has charged security officers in the region to shoot and kill the cattle of recalcitrant Fulani herdsmen who have migrated to the area.

He gave the directive during the launch of 'operation cow leg’ meant to flush out Fulanis in the region Monday.

"I will not take any casualty on behalf of the security personnel who are going there. If there should be a casualty, it must be them. I don’t want you to come with one of you missing, you are not by this directed to fire indiscriminately but my instruction is that you have every right to defend yourself when you come under attack. And my instruction is that; gun down the cows who will be directed to you" he said.

120 security Personnel made up of the military, Police and Immigration were on Monday deployed to some areas of the region believed to be terrorized by the nomads.

The month long operation covers areas such as Fanteakwa, Upper Manya krobo, Kwahu Affram Plains South, Kwahu Affram Plains North, Kwahu East and Dokokrom all in the Eastern region.

For his part, the outgoing Eastern regional Minister Antwi Bosiako Sekyere said the Fulani menace is becoming a major concern in the region and must be dealt with immediately.

“Once again, the nefarious activities of the Nomads are here with us in the Eastern region. Apart from their activities of grazing their cattle on farm land and forest reserves, the herdsmen are also alleged to be into all sorts of crimes including armed robbery, rape, Stealing, burning of farms and worst of it all, killing of farmers”.

He said the regional Security Council wants to be more proactive this time in preventing the escalation of clashes between herdsmen and farmers in the area as it happened in previous years.
